Spiritual Picnic and Healing Share - Also QiGong in the Park

We had such a incredible day on Sunday with London Spiritual Socials Picnic in Highgate Wood. We had so much sharing it was beautiful from Qigong with Fiona, Healing, Drumming meditation and a great jamming session.

It's fantastic to see London's Spiritual Community out enjoying themselves, sharing and caring together.

We all joined Fiona for QiGong which was fantastic to burn off some of the picnic calories !

After an amazing drumming meditation with Justin, we enjoyed a fantastic Jamming Session with drums, rattles and much movement. 

Thanks once again to everyone for making the day so special. Good news is that we are ready to do it again and we have the perfect combination of a Spiritual Picnic and healing share and QiGong on Sunday 15th June Regents Park.
