We have Bloomsbury Garden Squares Walk on Sunday October 27th

Hampstead Heath walk on Sunday November 10th. We will walk and chat for the first half and then we will practice mindful silent walking ( walking meditation ) for the remainder followed by an opportunity to share, chat and socialise.
