Laughter yoga with carers



Loved laughing with Action for Carers Surrey this morning. I ran a 45 minute laughter well-being session which included lots of smiling and laughter, a little expanding comfort zones, meditation and relaxation and everyone said they felt better after the class. My mobile phone pinged right after the class with a participant keen to join me for the next session. Laughter yoga is an incredibly powerful health and well-being tool especially for those who live/work in stressful environments.
