Join us for a day with Nature on Sunday 18th August 2013. Walk, Meditate and Chat with Spiritual Friends.

A Free of Charge gathering to connect with like minded spiritual folk. We may stop for refreshments so just bring a bit of cash for that.

The Heath has got to be my all time favourite London Park and well worth the visit.

One of London's best loved open spaces, Hampstead Heath is a large park covering 790 acres and contains some of the highest points in London, including Parliament Hill, which has one of the best views of London’s skyline.

There is also an open air unheated lido which is open year round, over 25 ponds, and Kenwood House is also situated on the heath.

Hampstead Heath's remarkable range of natural habitats includes wide expanses of grassland and ancient woodland.

Join us for a wonderful walk with friends followed by a Meditation and a Cuppa.

For those of you who like something a little stronger we can then head for refreshments at a local pub.
